Holiday Luncheon


Join us on November 19 for our holiday luncheon at Café Cusco. Enjoy lunch with friends and colleagues to wrap up the year. 

Your registration includes soft drinks, tea and coffee as well as a full buffet lunch:

  • Garden Salad
  • Garlic Rice
  • Seasoned Black Beans
  • BBQ Pork Panca: Thin sliced seasoned pork, bell pepper and corn, sauteed in aji Panca, garlic, raisin and mango BBQ sauce
  • Chicken Aji Verde: Sauteed chicken, peppers, onion and Roma tomatoes in white wine and roasted garlic and cilantro aji
  • Vegan Puca Picante: Ancient Incan recipe predates European arrival in South America. Toasted peanuts, garlic, and gold potatoes in zesty agave beet sauce on a bed of spinach
  • Mazzamorra Pudding: Traditional warm tropical fruit pudding made from sweet Andean purple corn with cinnamon, clove and anise
All items are gluten-free.
