The speaker for August is Crystal Hedrick, director of digital marketing for O'Reilly Auto Parts.
O'Reilly has been very focused this year on making their approach to everything they do more creative in order to stand out.
These efforts include some significant changes in social media, influencers and digital video along with rethinking the fundamentals to ensure their efforts are on-brand yet still relevant in today’s changing world.
The company's customers - and potential customers - are engaging with media in different ways and their expectations of how O'Reilly interacts with them have changed dramatically, so significant changes are required to stay up to speed.
This presentation will show you what the company has been doing to meet those demands - and how you might be able to put some of those techniques to work in your organization.
