The right message at the right time from the right person can save lives. Learn about the psychology and sociology of how people process information when they are in crisis, and how we can best tailor messages.

Kathryn Wall is the public health information administrator for the Springfield-Greene County Health Department. She is certified in the Center for Disease Control’s Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication (CERC). CERC draws from lessons learned during past public health emergencies and research in the fields of public health, psychology, and emergency risk communication.

The cost is $12 for members, $17 for non-members, and $8 for students. We're happy to take credit card payments, online or at the door, with a 50-cent surcharge for processing.
(Note: Students, please select the "pay at the event" option.)

We hope to see you there!
